This hands on course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to prepare for, operate and safely complete tractor operations under general supervision in the agriculture, farming, horticulture and land management sectors.

Working with tractors is an inherently dangerous activity. Individuals who work at this level must be thoroughly instructed in all health and safety in the workplace aspects of operating tractors. The tractor must also comply with relevant Australian Standards.

The course is held over two days, from 8.30 am to 3 pm each day.

This course is suitable for individuals who operate tractors to undertake routine work under general supervision, with limited autonomy and accountability.
