Complaints
We aim to deliver services that benefit all members of the community. We understand at times there may be a situation or issue of concern that requires a more formal response via lodgement of a complaint. To ensure that they are investigated and responded to appropriately, all complaints received are managed by the Director General's office of the Department of Training and Workforce Development in line with their Complaints management policy.
